The platform

Less patchwork.
More clarity.

MOC brings the operational pieces of ministry leadership into one dependable workspace—without asking your team to abandon the systems already in place.

Scheduling that respects your rules

Build ministry schedules from live rosters, availability, qualifications, and the way your team actually serves.

Volunteer readiness at a glance

Keep qualifications, background checks, and role eligibility visible before someone is assigned.

Training records that stay useful

Track completed training, renewal dates, and full volunteer history without living in disconnected spreadsheets.

Incident records in one secure place

Preserve completed reports, supporting PDFs, and a clear history for responsible follow-up and recordkeeping.

Accountability built in

See who changed what and when, with readable audit history and evidence-ready records when they matter.

Works with the tools you already use

Connect Planning Center data instead of rebuilding the same rosters, plans, and availability by hand.

A practical workflow

From scattered information to confident decisions.

MOC is designed around a simple cycle church leaders already understand: connect the source, apply the rules, do the work, and preserve the record.

01

Connect

Bring in the people, plans, positions, and availability already maintained by your church.

02

Configure

Set the qualifications, limits, and ministry-specific rules your team depends on.

03

Operate

Build schedules, review exceptions, track readiness, and keep records together.

04

Preserve

Retain published schedules, reports, training history, and a dependable audit trail.

How MOC is organized

One church.
Many ministries.

A church is the secure home for its people, connections, and administrators. Each ministry operates inside its own focused workspace with the tools, rules, and records that fit how that team serves.

Add another ministry

Create a ministry workspace without rebuilding the church connection or exposing another ministry’s settings and records.

01

Church-level foundation

Identity, ownership, integrations, and the boundary protecting one church from another.

02

Ministry-level configuration

Positions, eligibility, frequency, preferences, and rules tailored to each team.

03

Role-based access

Church leaders oversee the organization while ministry leaders manage only what they need.

Two ways to begin

Add a ministry—or bring the whole church.

The setup path changes based on what already exists. MOC keeps ministry onboarding lightweight without skipping church-level ownership and security.

For an existing MOC church

Add another ministry

Keep the same church identity, Planning Center organization, and administrative oversight while giving the new ministry its own operating rules and leaders.

  1. 1Choose the ministry and its Planning Center team
  2. 2Invite that ministry's administrator
  3. 3Complete the ministry setup wizard
  4. 4Review rules, test a draft, and go live

For a new organization

Bring a church onto MOC

Create the church-level workspace first, establish ownership and data connections, then open the first ministry workspace underneath it.

  1. 1Create the church workspace and primary administrator
  2. 2Connect the church's Planning Center account
  3. 3Select the first ministry and service team
  4. 4Configure, verify, and launch the ministry

The setup wizard belongs to the ministry leader.

MOC establishes the secure workspace and connection. The person who knows the ministry defines its permanent rules, coverage needs, service preferences, and scheduling limits.

One platform, protected boundaries

Every church gets its own protected workspace.

Each church operates within its own data boundary. Ministries can share church-level administration and connections without sharing schedules, operating rules, reports, or ministry records.

  • Church data stays separated and access-controlled.
  • Administrators control who can enter each workspace.
  • Connections and rules are configured for that church—not forced into a generic template.

Commercial pilot in development

Built from real ministry operations—not a generic business template.

The first platform is already being shaped by the scheduling, training, reporting, and accountability needs church leaders manage every week.
